Filing a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] containing:

1. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
2. Description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. URL of the allegedly infringing content on sifucuci.info.
4. Statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
5. Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
6. Physical or electronic signature of the rights-holder or authorised agent.

Our Response

SIFUCUCI acknowledges valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and removes or disables access to the infringing content within 7 business days of verification.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was wrongful, send a counter-notice to the same email with: identification of removed content, statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, your contact info and consent to local jurisdiction.
